Why Does the Design Deliver Exceptional Accuracy and Rigidity?
A cast-iron foundation and box-way construction maintain precision under load.
The one-piece Meehanite® bed minimizes thermal distortion and absorbs vibration for better surface finishes. Wide NTN wrap-around guideways ensure stability, while dual-supported ball screws reduce backlash. The integral spindle motor eliminates belts, reducing vibration and maintenance. Standard thermal compensation sensors automatically adjust axis movement to maintain tight tolerances during long production runs.
How Does Smart Technology Simplify Machining and Setup?
The FANUC 0i-Plus control with 15″ touchscreen optimizes every cycle.
Operators gain real-time control through the FANUC iHMi interface, featuring EZ Guide i conversational programming for fast setup and on-screen simulation. Tool load monitoring, alarm guidance, and thermal compensation data visualization enhance process control. USB and Ethernet connectivity enable data transfer and remote diagnostics.
Smart Control Features
Conversational pattern cycles for roughing, finishing, threading, and grooving
Multi-language touch interface with graphical assist
Tool life management and auto offset calculation
EZ Guide i program mixing with standard G-code
