As the main point of contact, you will be the driving force for building long lasting relationships and partnerships with our customers. We couple national leadership with local autonomy to ensure that our Sales Engineer’s territories remain local. We empower our sales teams to make decisions regarding how to best grow their territory and support them with the necessary resources to continue their success. We have an extensive and growing portfolio of over 15 lines of machining solutions including machining centers, turning centers, EDM’s, metrology, grinding machines, milling, drilling, tapping, and many more. With so many options at your fingertips, you have the resources necessary to meet the needs of our clients.
Parts & Service
Our commitment to being the best machine tool partner doesn’t stop once we’ve gotten our machining solutions through the customers’ door. Our Parts and Service teams are dedicated to making sure that our customers’ machines, just like our long lasting partnerships, operate with the highest quality possible. As part of the Service team, you will work side by side with our customers’ to ensure that their machines are running optimally and to minimize machine downtown with on-site repairs. Alternatively, our dedicated parts team supports our customers nationally with rapid part replacement and spindle repair with quick delivery and turnaround times.
The Applications team helps our customers bring their visions to life. Through innovative CAM technology, our Applications team develops, improves, troubleshoots, and creates turnkey solutions for our customers’ machining projects. Additionally, our teams work closely with the customer to ensure that their machines are producing parts with the highest level of efficiency and optimization, as well as offering CNC Programming training to become more self-sufficient.
Whether it is Accounting, Financing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Marketing, every member of our corporate team plays a vital role in the success of our business. The Accounting and Financing teams keep our resources in order and work with our customers to make their manufacturing solution acquisitions more attainable. Our Human Resources team works hard to manage our benefits, compensations, employee relations, and assist our customers in talent acquisitions. The IT team keeps our technological infrastructure afloat ensuring all of our tools are readily available. The Marketing team works diligently to maintain and develop brand consistency, marketing collateral, graphic design, event coordination, content creation, and management of our website and social media channels.
Our Customer Service and Advocate teams are the glue that holds our operations together. Working with Sales, Service, and Applications, this team assists in ensuring the success of our projects and objectives and maintaining the happiness of our customers. The Customer Service and Advocate team are critical to our organization as they wear many hats on a daily basis on both the customer facing side and behind scenes.
