Our Commitment to Privacy
Non-Personally Identifiable Information We May Collect
Like many websites, we may automatically collect information about how visitors to the site use the site. This information is not personally identifiable, and as a general matter you can visit the site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. - Information we receive from you when you submit to us a “General Contact” form through the “Support Overview” link on the site, which may include your name, email address, address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily include with your correspondence
- Information we receive from you when you correspondence with us through our real time instant messaging feature
If you have provided us with any information and believe it is incorrect or has been changed since you provided it, or if you would like us to remove any Personal Information from our records, please contact us by submitting a “General Contact” form through the “Support Overview” link available through the site.
How We Use Non-Personally Identifiable Information We Collect; Cookies

We do not sell the Personal Information we collect about you through the site to anyone for any purpose, and we do not share your Personal Information collected through the site except as permitted by law.

This CCPA Notice does not apply to our job applicants, employees, contractors, owners, directors, or officers where the Personal Information we collect about those individuals relates to their current, former, or potential role at Mitsui USA. Under the CCPA, “Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular California resident or household.
