The highly flexible and productive Modular QX Series Die-Sinking EDM features a highly rigid fine grained cast iron and graphite blended mechanical structure that allows a table load of up to 55,000 lbs. The QX Series features a reinforced C-axis for increased erosion stability on high inertia machining, direct position measuring, increase generator power up to 400 A, and control of up to 8 simultaneous interpolating axes and volumetric compensation in the entire work area. Additionally, each QX Series model offers configuration options with varying Y and Z-axis travels to provide an EDM solution that can fit a wide range of applications.
