October 20, 2015 (Charlotte, North Carolina) – Manufacturers are invited to attend Ellison Technologies’ first joint exhibition with new partner, Doosan Infracore America, at booth #1209 at this year’s SOUTH-TEC, October 27-29, in Charlotte, NC.

This year's show will be manufacturers’ first chance to learn more about the unique offerings and proven expertise of one of the newest partnerships in the industry, Ellison Technologies and Doosan Infracore America. Ellison and Doosan will host Booth #1209, where manufacturers can see an advanced product line-up, a complete staff for individualized consultations, and live-demos of next generation machines.

First on the showroom floor will be the DNM 500 II. The second generation of the DNM vertical machining series, the DNM 500 II employs a new direct drive spindle (DDS) for fast accel/decel and superb surface finishes along with “Big Plus” face and taper tooling interface.

The Puma TT 1800SY will also be show-cased. The multi-axis turning center, the Puma TT 1800SY, uses twin turrets and twin spindles to produce parts with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency on multiple axes. With Y-axis functionality and 24 tool stations on both turrets, the Puma TT 1800SY makes it possible to process complex parts in a single set-up.

Finally, manufacturers will see the VC 630/5AX. The VC 630/5AX utilizes a built-in motor driven spindle, a cutting-edge heat displacement control, and a rigid foundation to machine with the utmost speed and accuracy on all axes. Additional standard features, like the 40-tool Automatic Tool Changer opens the door to flexible and fast machining.

These machines, along with the Lynx 220 LSYA turning center, HP 4000 horizontal machining center, and the Zeiss Contura CMM, will provide manufacturers a glimpse of Ellison Technologies’ product offerings, while affording manufacturers the chance to receive customized machining guidance.
