Full time position. The qualified candidate must be able to install and demonstrate use of CNC machines at customer facilities, provide training in programming and operations, process studies and provide time estimates and technical support for the sales department.
Other responsibilities include: provide technical assistance to customers, conduct machine demonstration, maintain demo rooms and process evaluations. This position will require travel.
Qualifications:
3+ years of knowledge in mechanical/electrical maintenance, machine tools background, primarily in Mori Seiki product line. Knowledge of computers and computer software, including Microsoft office programs. Attention to detail. Ability to work unsupervised and provide routine service reports to management. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Formal project management training is a plus.
