Be able to machine on all five faces and equipped with a ram spindle line-up with multiple head options, the DN Solutions (formerly Doosan Machine Tools) DCM Series offers proven machining for nearly any process. The DCM comes with a table-sized anywhere between 2,200 x 4,100 mm (86.61 x 161.42 in.) to 3,200 x 10,100 mm (106.30 x 397.64 in.). Additional configurations allow for various X/Y/Z/W axis travels, traverse rates, increased load capacity, and effective width between columns. The large part capacity of the DCM allows parts that traditionally would be cut on several different machines to be finished on one DCM, eliminating set-ups, operations, and man-hours.
